We’re pleased to let you know that Sage CRM 2026 R1 is now available for customers in the UK and Ireland.
This release includes:
- Security updates to core components, including the Apache Tomcat server and Java layer
- Improved integration with Exchange Online
- Updates to reporting libraries and dashboards
- An updated PDF generation engine
- Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2025 (Enterprise, Standard, and Express editions)
- General fixes and stability improvements
What you need to do
You don’t need to do anything, unless you plan to upgrade.
