Sage 200 2025 R1 Key Highlights:
- Stay Informed with Stock Item Alerts
Extending our alerts capability to cover stock. You can instantly see important notifications related to stock items, providing key information as well as driving operational efficiencies. Flexible implementation to support customers varying requirements, availability within the Sales Order, Purchase Order and Invoicing modules.
- Streamlined Customer & Supplier Communications
Easily track interactions with customers and suppliers. This is especially useful for credit control, giving visibility into past engagements and helping manage relationships more effectively.
- Country of Origin in Stock List
Driven from our customer ideas portal, allows easy identification of where stock comes from at a glance.
- Continuing our journey of modernisation
Our next phase of our Sage 200 commercials web screens, offering a more modern and intuitive interface with new forms for SOP Returns (Enter, Amend & View), SOP Amend Order Status and Amend Return Status. The delivery of these screens also sees the addition of multiple new API endpoints, as well as enhancements to existing ones.
- Compliance changes for Single European Payments Area (SEPA) - EBanking
Updates to EBanking to support the changes, core changes to Sage 200 and two new EBanking plugins to choose from, depending on the bank.

Supported Versions
This product release also sees our updated Lifecyle Policy, including the Sage 200 Manufacturing module retirement information.
Sage Partner Cloud Deployments
The Sage Partner Cloud variant of 2025 R1 will be uploaded later today, we ask that you do not use the Provisioning Portal for any activity between 12:00 and 17:00.
All Sage Partner Cloud deployments operate strictly within our lifecycle, meaning partners must ensure that customers are on a version within the supported versions in the Lifecyle Policy.
