As our clients will know we have worked in partnership with M2M on Sage support almost since our inception in 2006. Several months ago M2M merged with Utilize, a company with a very significant presence in the hosted services world. With effect of 24th September the administrative control systems have been merged, and thus you will see the brand of Utilize in place of M2M. Please be reassured that the Sage support team remains unchanged and unaffected, and Simon and colleagues look forward to assisting you now and in the future, as well as they ever have.
