I just want to drop you an email to say how impressed I am with your support service and not only the fact that they fix the problem but also take the time to explain how it happens in the first place! 15 minutes on the phone with Terry and he’s not only fixed the simple issue of a # corrupt order but showed me how easy it is to fix myself. It’s so nice to have support that actually want to be helpful!
Lastly Adrian is progressing fantastically with the bespoke and we have been testing it all week and the order office are very happy with it and cannot wait to start using it.
